Zugspitze

We met Frau Zahn and Frau Asman at Pasing train station and after that we went to Zugspite. On the top of the mountain there were a lot of snow. Then we bought the ticket and went to the top of mountain by MTV car. After that we walked to the top and the higher of the mountain was 2050 meters. And we built the snow man together.

Wir haben Frau Zahn und Frau Assmann am Pasinger Bahnhof getroffen. Dann sind wir nach Garmisch Patenkirchen gegangen.Wir haben unser Karte gekaufen. Dort hatten viel Alpspix liegt auf ca.2050 Metern.

Im Stadt

In the afternoon, we went to the city and our partner took us to the church and we walked to the top of the church about 200 stairs and saw the view of Munich. And on the top of the church was very cold and had a lot of wind.

Am nachmittag sind wir in die Stadt mit unsere partner gegangen und in eine Kirche gegangen. Dann sind wir auf den Kirchturm gegangen. Die Treppe hat ungefähr 200 stufen. Das wetter ist sehr kalt und hat viel Wind.

Sankt Ottilien

Sankt Ottilien:

We went to Sankt Ottilien with Kiera. Sankt Ottilien was far from the city and this place was very quite.

Wir sind nach Sankt Ottilien mit Kira gegangen. Sankt Ottilien war ziemlich weit weg von den Stadt.

They have some special activity for Christmas and New year and for the routine were wake up at 5.40 am. and pay respect about 20 until to 30 minute and when 12.00 they would eat lunch until 13.30 and pay respect then eat dinner at 6.40 after that they had pause. The different rules between Germany and Thailand was every Sunday int the evening , the monk can drink beer but in Thailand the monk can't drink beer. In Sankt Ottilien there were 85 monks and their close at 9.00 pm. and for the peoples who sleep here they would prepared for meditation

Es gibt besonderer Trachicnen an Weihnachten und Neujahr. Der tagesablauf des Mönchs ist Fulgender maßen. Sie wachen um 5.40 Uhr auf. Danach habt ihr Höflichkeitsbesuch abstatten ungefähr 20 bis 30 minute dann um 12.00 Uhr haben ihr Mittagessen bit 13.30 Uhr. Um 6.40 habt ihr Abendessen dann pause. Die Mönche können Bier trinken.

The church since on 1897 but it's a smaller church and there were the house for peoples stay for a short time. And for the year there were a lot of peoples about million. The name of Sankt Ottilien come from the building and it's called mother house.

Obergrashof/ Organic Farm

We went to the Organic Farm with Maya and we had the guide Jonas. First he showed us about the part of the place for cow.One type for milk and one type for meat. Every cow doesn't had the organ and they had own name and  number. And for the food of the cow was carrot but not carrot at all just when they had a lot of carrot. And for the carrot they used about 500 kilo for all of the cow. When the weather was very cold the farmer take them to the hay.

Wir waren heurte in einer Bio Gärtnerei dort hatten wir einen Guide namen Jonas und Maya. Zuerst zeigte er uns die Kühe. Manche Kühe sind für Milch da und manche Kühe für Fleich, Jede von ihnen hat ihren eigenen Namen und Nummer. Die Kühe essen meistens Karotten und Heu.

They were 120 acre for vegetable and the most part are Kohlrabi, Carrot and Radi for the winter time. There were a lot of vegetables in September. 100 years ago there was a group which wanted to buy  this area and change into  a lake, but it didn't make sense for here. They had a special place to keep Chicoree (Fresh Salad), which is grown in the dark and the most of the Farmers make it when the winter comes.

Es gibt 120 Hektar für Gemüse, im Winter bauen sie Kohlrabi, Karroten und Radi an. Im September gibt es viel Gemüse. Vor 100 Jahren gab es eine Gruppe von Leuten, die das Gebiet kaufen wollte um es in einen See zu verwandeln, was keinen Sinn machte. Der Chicoree wechst in einem dünklem raum und es gibt ihn nur im Winter.    

 







 

Bean sprout had always season especially in the Summer there were many Bean sprout. It used 4 days to grow up.

Die Bonhnensprossen gibt es ganze Jahr und sie brauchen nur 4 Tage zum Wachsen.

Infomation:

The Organic Farm was born in 1990. They got the money about 7,000 per years and had vegetables about 60 types. They sale their own vegetables to the store in Munich and always they had delivery but sometime the store came and get by them self

Die Biogärtnerei entstand 1990. Es wachsen bis zu 60 verschiedene Gemüsesorten auf dem Obergrashof. Das Gemüse wird zum einen in einem Laden in München verkauft und auf dem Hof selber.

Sport Class

I, Paula and Paula´s siblings went to school by car. After that we had Sport Class together with our Host family. When we finished to study in the school we went back to our host house then i saw some cream cheese and i doesn't know what it is but i asked Paula and she said it's Obazda (Bavarian cheese). Most of the Foreign can't ate Obazda because the taste was so stange.

Ich, Paula und Paula's Geschwister sind nach Schule bei Aotu gefahren.Wir haben Sport klasse mit uns Gast freund gemacht. Danach bin ich Obazda gegessen,

My first day in School

Today was my first day in school. The school name is Rudolf Steiner and we met the teacher. The teacher name is Ms. Zahn (Frau Zahn). She's a teacher from G.10 but she was take care all of us for the hold month

Haute war mein erste tag in der Schule, Die Schule ist die Rudolf Steiner Schule und wir haben unsere Lehrerin  getroffen, die Leherin heißt Frau Zahn. Sie ist die Lehrerin der 10. Klasse und sie wird uns in diesem Monat betreuen.

Then we went to the city of Munich with Frau Zahn and the 2 student from G.10 .Then saw the König Platz and drew the picture of König Platz

Meeting!

Today is Sunday and every Sunday we had meeting with all of Paula's family. Then Papa (Paula's father) invited me and Moon went to Bakery shop.

Jeden Sonntag hat Paula's Familie ein großes Frühstück. Ihr Papa hat mich und Moon mit zu Bäckerei genommen.

After that we came back to our house and cooked some breakfast for all of Paula's family.

And this is the one part of our breakfast are Bread, Pretzel and Hot Chocolate. Then we have Valentin (Moon's partner) came and eat breakfast with us. 

Dass ist unser Frühstück es sind Brötchen, Brezel und Heiß Schocolade.

We had meeting in the coffee shop and went to the center of Munich.

Wir haben uns im Zentrum von München getroffen und sind Café drinken gegangen.

Then our host showed us about the Resident of Munich and saw some Church, Theater, Opera studio and Maximilian Street. This street there are many brand store such as Dior, Omega, Hermes and The expensive hotel.
